I enjoyed it very much, though I did read it as fiction and was not affected by all the hoopla that has come from it. I thought Angels & Demons was better, though. I have his first two but have not started yet since I am into Holy Blood, Holy Grail right now.

I enjoy fiction but I was disturbed reading The Da Vinci Code. For the most part it was good but I will NEVER read a controversial book like this again.

An exciting book of tremendous insight. Jesus as the son of God is mythical. The Church just perpetuates the myth by employing fear and guilt.

Dan Brown's book makes you think. If you didn't know all the things he talked about, you sure wanted to find out. But it didn't change how I feel about Jesus. We all know what the Bible says. Still, The Da Vinci Code is a well-written book.

I loved the book as a great story. I couldn't put it down. It didn't matter if it wasn't perfectly correct in all things.

Reader response shows the relevance of the subject and may motivate Christians to share the truth to a seeking world. Unfortunately, the lies will be believed by many because we are an undiscerning people and tend to believe everything in print.
