If my friend liked reading fiction, I would give them Jamie Langston Turner's book, SUNCATCHERS. In this book, the main character is a non-believer, and the story is written from his point of view. The main character is an "observer," and learns about the importance of faith as he observes the responses to difficult situations in the lives of the believers with whom he comes in contact. This book would be an outstanding way to present the gospel in a non-threatening way to an unbeliver who loves to read.
